Dosing and Directions

Directions: Simply put dosage amount under your tongue for maximum absorption and quicker effect. Hold under your tongue for 30-60 seconds and then swallow.

Dosing: We recommend 1ml-2ml/daily. 1ml is half a dropper and 2ml is a full dropper. Many have found it better to split the doses up by taking half the daily dose in the morning and the other half dose in the afternoon if needed.
